Our first version of the Power Solutions CD was created in early 2003 for our computer repair clients as a way to address common computer problems. We decided that in order to help our clients, we would put together what we felt were the best combination of software utilities and information to help them solve many of the more common computer repairs.
Many of our customers spread the word about our great utilities and information and we started getting more and more requests for the Power Solutions CD.
As time went on we expanded the scope and started adding additional useful software and information. One thing lead to another and we started offering it as a download and CD to customers all over the country and beyond.
As our CD grew in popularity we decided to create a web site specifically to sell and support our product. We now have 1000's of satisfied customers in over 79 countries and in every state of the US. About half of our sales are to people who were referred by current customers.
We update our CD four times a year and give lifetime access to all buyers. This has created many loyal customers. We also provide ongoing solutions to new problems that surface from time to time, which adds more value to our CD.
