You will need to be able to read and follow specific instructions to use some of our software and utilities. Many are menu driven or self-explanatory but there are a few that require some effort on your part. We will gladly assist and provide support, but there is no magical solution to many computer problems!
If you have any doubts, please email your questions or comments and we will respond with honest answers and recommendations. Our software and utilities are a collection of programs designed to address specific computer problems and do it well.
However, you cannot put our CD in your computer and have
it automatically fix any type of computer problem!!
There is no such CD or software available, I wish there were, but there are too many variables in software and hardware combinations.
If you have a Bios or Security password problem, we have many solutions that may help you replace or remove these passwords. We have a database of all computers that we know we can fix.
The following models we know we cannot provide a bios password solution for:
Any HP 5000 series laptop
If you want to double check, send us and email with the brand and model of the computer. We will confirm if we have a solution available.
A note for all you Norton, (or other Symantec software), and McAfee product users. If you order our CD or download some of our software and
get a virus notice from your virus protection software it is not valid. The reason you will get a notice is that several of our software products are using
algorithms to break passwords. These are not viruses. The method these software programs use is to look for specific types of code which are used to break passwords.
If you order the CD version, shipping and handling are a “hard cost” and will not be refunded. When in doubt, please email us with your questions before you buy =8~).
If you purchase and look to see if we
have a software program to help and don't find what you need then
contact us and we still may be able to help. By completing your purchase from jdWebWorks through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and once you download
any items you are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.
We will always support and help with any problems but we can not be
responsible for users who fail to try. Our satisfaction guarantee is
based on your participation and our support. If you fail to follow the
software instructions then there is little we can do to overcome that
issue. We will do everything possible we can to help you solve your
